Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the conference being held?

Te Papa, Wellington. More information to follow.

Is the conference for Infrastructure Sustainability Council members only?

No, we welcome delegates from non-member organisations also. Ticket prices are available here.

Special Access Requirements

If you have any special access requirements, please note this during the registration process and we can do our best to ensure your needs are met in advance of your arrival.

Will there be an ISAP Day like 2025?

ISAP-relevant technical content and project examples have been interwoven into the conference program across two program streams so our full audience integrate, and pick and choose the best content for their individual interests.

The Site Tours will also be available as in previous years.

Do you have an Events Sustainability Policy?

ISC Connect supports the principles of sustainable event management. These include the use of sustainable materials and production, recycled paper and fair-trade supply, the banning of bottled water, control of waste management, energy efficiency and monitoring, amongst a range of initiatives. In keeping with these principles ‘satchel inserts’ will not be available, and a paperless event is encouraged.

I am interested in speaking at the conference, who can I contact?

Can I share my ticket with another person?

No, tickets are issued to an individual and are not transferable. This applies to both in-person and virtual tickets.

Do I have to pay upfront when I book online?

When registering online, there is an option to select ‘Pay by Invoice’ once you reach the checkout. The pay by invoice option will be disabled on 3 February 2026 and from this point on, only credit card payments will be accepted. If you select this option, your registration will be confirmed instantly, and an invoice will be sent to you automatically. Payment is required within seven days for invoices issued before 3 February 2026. Payment must be made prior to the conference, regardless of the date issued. Admission to the event may not be granted if registration has not been paid in full.

Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the registration desk on the day of the conference?

The venue has limited capacity so it is recommend you plan ahead and register early to avoid disappointment.

Do I need to know the names of my delegates when making a group booking?

Yes, you will need to assign each ticket to an email address at the time of booking.

I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please email events@iscouncil.org and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the conference?

What should I bring with me to the conference?
