Where is the event being held?
The Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professionals Day & Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday, 2 May, 2023 at Westpac - Level 9/16 Takutai Square, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 . The conference and networking dinner will be held on Wednesday, 3 May 2023 at Eden Park Stadium in the World Cup Lounge.

Is the conference for Infrastructure Sustainability Council members only?
No, we welcome delegates from non-member organisations also. Ticket prices are available here.

How do I get to Eden Park?
Auckland airport is located approximatley 30 minutes from Eden park and 20 minutes from Auckland CBD. The Rideshare zone is located behind the multi-story carpark at the domestic terminal and outside door 11 at the international terminal.

Eden Park is a well-served by rail and bus services. Kingsland train station is immediately opposite Eden Park. For full route, timetable and fare information, click here.

If you are driving, there is limited complimentary car parking onsite which can be accessed via Carpark P5 on Reimers Ave.

Can I share my ticket with another person?
No, tickets are issued to an individual and are not transferable. This applies to both in-person and virtual tickets.

Do I have to pay upfront when I book online?
When registering online, there is an option to select ‘pay by 7 day invoice / PO number’ once you reach the checkout. The pay by invoice option will be disabled on 18 April 2023 and from this point on, only credit card payments will be accepted. If you select this option, your registration will be confirmed instantly, and an invoice will be sent to you automatically. Payment is required within seven days for invoices issued before 18 April 2023. Payment must be made prior to the conference, regardless of the date issued. Admission to the event may not be granted if registration has not been paid in full.

Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the registration desk on the day of the conference?
The venue has limited capacity so it is recommend you plan ahead and register early to avoid disappointment. 

Do I need to know the names of my delegates when making a group booking?
Yes, you will need to assign each ticket to an email address at the time of booking.

I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the conference?

Is parking available at the venue?
Complimentary parking is available at Eden Park via carpark P5 on Reimers Ave, Mt Eden.

What should I bring with me to the conference?
If you wish to take notes, please bring a notepad or laptop. Identification may be required to confirm your registration at the check-in desk so please ensure you carry appropriate ID with you.

Please note we do not have a secure storage facility at the venue so any luggage you bring is at your own risk.

What is the dress code for the conference and functions?
The dress code for the Conference, ISAP Day and Welcome Reception is business casual. The dress code for the Networking Dinner is business / cocktail.

Will I be seated with my colleagues?
Seating for the main plenary is unassigned so you can sit with your colleagues during sessions if you wish to. Seating requests for the Networking Dinner are only guaranteed for organisations who have purchased a table of ten. To purchase a table of ten, please email events@iscouncil.org.

Will the sessions be recorded? Where can I watch them again?
A number of sessions will be made freely available on the ISC website two weeks after the conference.
