ISAP Day - Rydges, Sydney Central - Located right next to Central Station both train and light rail services are the best transport options for this event. 

Is the conference for Infrastructure Sustainability Council members only?
No, we welcome delegates from non-member organisations also. Ticket prices are available here. 

How can I purchase a table of 10 for the Gala or Certification Dinner?
Please visit our event registration site and follow these steps:

:• Choose option ‘I would like to register myself’
• Complete all fields
• For question ‘Is your organisation an Infrastructure Sustainability Council member?’ choose yes
• For question ‘Are you purchasing a conference package or individual events?’ choose No - Individual Events Only
• Choose ‘Gala Dinner Table of 10’ or Certification Dinner Table of 10’
• Complete registration
• You will be emailed a confirmation and invoice. As per your confirmation email, please complete our guest names form and return to events@iscouncil.org by Friday 20 September 2024

What airport should I fly into?
Sydney Airport is about a 15-minute drive from Sydney CBD. Guests arriving at the airport may also wish to use the train service which leaves from Sydney Airport and travels through to Sydney CBD. Central Station is the closest station for those attending ISAP Day and Green Square and Mascot Station are the closest stations for those attending Leadership Lunch, Certification Dinner, Conference & Gala Awards.  Cabs and rideshare operate to and from the airport. A number of rideshare providers operate in Sydney, including Uber, Didi and Ola

 Can I share my ticket with another person?
No, tickets are issued to an individual and are not transferable. This applies to both in-person and virtual tickets.

Do I have to pay upfront when I book online?
When registering online, there is an option to select ‘Pay Later’ once you reach the checkout. The pay by invoice option will be disabled on 4 October 2024 and from this point on, only credit card payments will be accepted. If you select this option, your registration will be confirmed instantly, and an invoice will be sent to you automatically. Payment is required within seven days for invoices issued before 4 October 2024. Payment must be made prior to the conference, regardless of the date issued. Admission to the event may not be granted if registration has not been paid in full.

Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the registration desk on the day of the conference?
The venue has limited capacity so it is recommend you plan ahead and register early to avoid disappointment. 

Do I need to know the names of my delegates when making a group booking?
Yes, you will need to assign each ticket to an email address at the time of booking.

I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please email events@iscouncil.org and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the conference?
Please refer to our refund policy.

What should I bring with me to the conference?
If you wish to take notes, please bring a notepad or laptop. Identification may be required to confirm your registration at the check-in desk so please ensure you carry appropriate ID with you.

Please note we do not have a secure storage facility at the venue so any luggage you bring is at your own risk.

What is the dress code for the conference and functions?
The dress code for the conference and Certification Dinner is Business Attire. The dress code for the Gala Dinner & Awards is Black Tie.

Will I be seated with my colleagues?
Seating for the main plenary is unassigned so you can sit with your colleagues during sessions if you wish to. If your organisation has purchased a table for the dinner, the group administrator will need to provide a list of table guests. To enquire about Gala Dinner tables, please contact events@iscouncil.org.

Will the sessions be recorded? Where can I watch them again?
A number of sessions will be made freely available on the ISC website two weeks after the conference.
